Get ahead while you're away

Summer's here. Time for a well earned holiday!
But there’s no need to let things slide while you’re away.

Let us lighten the load. We can keep all of these things on file. We can personalise the data for each client. We can pull together a host of different documents into one file.

Let us refresh your printed materials - while you’re building sandcastles.

Update your company image - while sightseeing.

Create some eye-catching graphics for reception - while buying icecream.

Our designers can prepare visuals - while you’re having a dip in the pool. With Web2print you can approve them from an internet cafe.

Our writers can prepare case studies, white papers, emails, blogs, LinkedIn pieces and websites – while you’re dancing in the nightclub.

Give us files to print and we’ll have everything waiting for you on your return – even if your flight isn’t delayed.

When you get back, you’ll have a lead over everyone else. After all, they’ve just been lying on the beach.

Wherever you go this summer, have a great time!

You do the selling – let us do the paperwork

We know just how complex sales can be sometimes. Tenders, Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, Quotations, Credential presentations, and all the Health and Safety stuff – COSHH, Risk Assessments, Datasheets for every product used... It can be a nightmare.

Let us lighten the load. We can keep all of these things on file. We can personalise the data for each client. We can pull together a host of different documents into one file.

Then we can print the whole lot in one go, interleaving special pages for that client and turning the whole job into one slick, bound document, delivered on time and with a lot less hassle to as many recipients as you need it to go to.

Now, how much is that worth to your company? We just could be the best addition to your sales team you’ll ever make!

The Construction Industry made us famous!

When we started all those years ago, a lot of our work was producing plans for architects and construction companies. A rare skill then, but something we’ve kept up with, introducing new technologies one after another to stay ahead. Providing the best service to people in the construction industry is still at the core of our business. That means a few more tasks these days, of course.

Fast, bespoke printing on demand.

Our digital printing capability means short runs, superfast and economically. We can produce totally bespoke, personalised documents including collation, hole punching, binding and lamination.

We turn round complex tenders with bound, complex, personalised documents within 24 hours. We send out direct mail, corporate gifts and presentations too.

We produce estate agent particulars including complex full colour brochures – no need to choose a long print run as we can provide extra copies practically on demand.

We can digitise floorplans or elevations from the original drawings and produce full colour plans in minutes up to A0 size..

Go on – Make an Exhibition of Yourself

Creating a stunning marketing suite? Presenting at an exhibition? Want something to stand out in an estate agent’s office? Or simply a pop-up banner. Our Display division can help.

We Deliver to Site too!

We have delivery vans out every day across the Thames Valley. So if you need it delivered straight to site, to someone else involved in the project or to an estate agent or buyer, we can do that too – usually same day.

Supporting your Club

Despite a brave fight-back, Reading just failed in their bid to regain Premier League status at Wembley.

But it was a still a fantastic achievement for Reading to reach the Championship play-off final and the 40,000 Royals fans that attended can be proud of their team’s achievements this season.

We love the enthusiasm people bring to their clubs. Here at Print Room we love to support our local clubs and societies by helping them with their communications and promotions. I’m sure many of you are members of a club, society or charity who could use our help.

We print Programmes, Magazines, Calendars, Newsletters, Flyers, Leaflets, Posters, Raffle tickets, Membership cards, Scorecards - you name it and we do it. We also do bulk email and manage membership lists and websites. All at special club rates.

To celebrate the Royals fantastic achievement of reaching the Championship Play-Off Final, we are offering a FREE Roller Banner (worth £100) to any local club or society who spend £250 on print with us during June.

Quote Club011 when ordering and we’ll throw in a banner to use in your function room, clubhouse or event.

Taking Time Out for Toy Appeal

Print Room staff took time out from their hectic Christmas print schedule to collect toys for children with cancer.

After reading the emotional story of cancer sufferer Reece (click here to open), staff at the digital printers in Reading rallied round to gather in donations for the Great Toy Drive.

For further details; www.littleheroes.org.uk

It is hoped that when these toys are delivered to children in hospitals all over the country, they will help put a smile on the youngsters’ faces as they battle against the disease.

“When you hear about what these brave kids are going through, especially at this time of year, it puts life into perspective and the least we could do was bring in new toys for such a worthy cause,” said sales and marketing manager Jason Harris.

From December 18th, Reece and his father Colin will be distributing presents to children in cancer wards.

The toys were collected by Junior Chamber International (Reading) who will pass them on to Colin and Reece for distribution from December 18th, 2010.

Printers Trek Snowdonia for Charity

Print Room Production Manager Colin Jacobs completed his mountain marathon with ‘Team Reading 107’ in 23 hours 4 minutes over two days.

This exciting challenge raised an amazing total of £78,000 from all participants to support the local charity ‘Robbie the Robot Appeal’ which helps with prostate cancer treatment. ‘Team Reading 107’ raised an incredibly impressive £6,500 towards this total.

The challenge was to trek over multiple peaks including Snowdon and all team members agreed it was much harder than anticipated! At the end of day one, two members of the team had to withdraw due to injuries, including Print Room Director Dave Barnett, the oldest member of the team aged 60. So it was left to 52-year-old Colin to complete this print run on his own!

The remaining five members of the team set out on day one to find they were climbing sheer cliff faces in driving rain, 60 mph winds with zero visibility and if all this wasn’t enough to push them to the limits– they also got lost!

Whilst off the official route both Colin and Joanna Herring fell into a bog up to their waists and had to be pulled out. Now very smelly but undaunted they carried on for the cause and completed the course.

'Team Reading 107’ all suffered aches, pains and knee injuries and it took over a week for them to recover from the challenge. However, they agree they wouldn’t have missed this opportunity to support ‘Robbie the Robot Appeal’.
